The key points for the future development of perovskite are: 1) improving the stability of the perovskite top battery in the stack battery device and making it in a large area have become the key to technology development, and also the basis for the industrialization of the stack battery; 2) Research and development of perovskite optoelectronic equipment, accumulation of laser, evaporation, magnetic control and SALD equipment and supporting processes; 3) The industrial development of perovskite technology requires the cooperation of materials, equipment and coating to develop new coating materials and related coating equipment to meet the needs of new products, which is a long and arduous process; 4) The structure of traditional perovskite light absorbing materials is easy to be destroyed under long-term lighting and heating conditions, resulting in rapid degradation of battery performance.
